Who would you like to live like for a day?

Kerry Stevenson: Pat Boone, a famous singer during the 1950’s early 1960’s. He performed songs such as ‘Tutti Frutti’ and gospel music. When I was growing up, I used to like to listen to him.

Lyn Besgrove: A millionaire. Just to be able to help people, especially ones living with cancer.

Jason Godden: Donald Trump. So that I can change the gun law policies.

What do you think is the greatest invention of all time?

Frank Magnus: Reading glasses and hearing aids. As you get older you realise how very important they are.

 

Mary-Ellen Fraser: The phone.

 

Rayleen Paradowski: Transport in general. Just because everybody can go everywhere.

 

 

 

 

Who is your favourite historical person?

Matt Prow: I love Madonna because she is such a talented person and she’s a pretty good dancer.

 

Peter Clifton: Winston Churchill because of what he did for the Second World War.

Kathy Prow: It would have to be Jesus. The reason being he loved humanity and set a great example.

 

 

 

What did you do on Valentine’s Day?

David Jackson: We set up camp and had a swim before going out to dinner.

 

David Mattiske: I took my wife, of almost 45 years, out for tea.

 

Paul Clancy: I was by myself. In the past I used to have the florist deliver a bouquet of flowers.

 

What do you like most about your school? The students from Forbes North Public School answered.

Annabelle Cross (9): I like that it’s a nice and kind school and that we get to do lots of fun activities.

 

Charlotte Markwort (9): I like that my school is a fun, safe, respectful and responsible place.

 

Philip Klingner (10): I like that I can play with my friends and have fun at recess and lunch.

 

 

If you could be a Commonwealth Games athlete, in which sport would you compete?

Christine Anderson: Cycling. My dad used to be a cyclist when he was younger.

 

Hannah Harris (6): Gymnastics. I would really like to do gymnastics because I love doing cartwheels and handstands.

 

Annette Thornton: Swimming. It’s a nice cool sport fitting for this weather.

 

 

 

 

What would you do if you were invisible for a day?

Mel Hoey: I’d hide from my children so that I can eat and sleep all day – even though I love them very much!

 

Kym Goodall: I would walk around at work and make sure everyone is doing what they should be doing.

Jenny Dawes: I would like to be a genius and do something great or invent something but I would not pursue the fame.
