Yoorana Gunya Family Healing Centre Aboriginal Corporation: November is Men’s Mental Health Month. Being strong isn’t about ignoring your health. It’s about taking care of it. Too often, men put everything and everyone else before themselves. This November, Yoorana Gunya is calling on our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men, particularly those aged 15– 45, to take action and book their free 715 Health Check. A 715 Health Check isn’t just about finding something wrong. It’s about doing something right for yourself. Your future matters. Don’t wait for tomorrow. Call Yoorana Gunya on 02 6850 1222 and book your free 715 Health Check.

Western NSW Local Health District: Sometimes, a simple question can open an important conversation. You don’t need to be an expert to check in with someone who might be doing it tough. You just need to ask, listen and be there. Ask R U OK? any day. If you or someone you know needs support, help is always available. Parkes Safe Haven is a safe and welcoming place where you can talk openly about how you’re feeling and what you’re going through.
