The Parkes High School Senior Food Technology students put their culinary skills to the test as they completed the practical component of their first assessment, ‘Café Crusade’.
Each student showcased their ability to work under pressure while producing high quality dishes, an excellent effort by everyone involved.

The U15’s Boys and Girls Touch Football teams competed in a Western Gala Day in Mudgee this week.
