Forbes S.S.A.A Christmas Update

The next shoot for the Forbes S.S.A.A. sporting clays will be their new year shoot on Sunday 9th January. This will be a 100-target field shoot starting at 10am.

For all information on clay target shooting contact Norm Brook 0458 664 541. Long arm firearm license info can contact Wayne Facey on 0414 524 059.

The next S.S.A.A. sporting shooters .22 calibre and other rimfire rifle (.22 magnum or.17HMR) will be held on this Sunday 19th December starting at 10am. The centre-fire shoot will take place at 2pm on Sunday after the rimfire shoot. The next Wednesday shoot will be Wednesday 29th December starting at 2pm. Junior shooters must be 12 years or over.

For all information on .22 calibre rimfire shooting contact Wayne Facey. Members are reminded that Local Range rules apply to all Forbes SSAA ranges.

Moran Leads SG Ball Panthers To Trial Win Over Dogs

Local product Bayden Moran scored a double and had a hand in multiple other tries as the SG Ball Penrith Panthers ran in 40-12 winners over Canterbury at Windsor last weekend. The Panthers ran riot scoring ten tries in a demolition job of the Bulldogs. Well done Bayden!

Round 5 results: The Globe def The Tigers by 5 wickets, Trundle def The Postie by 50 runs, Batterpi def The Globetrotters by 4 wickets and Condo def VCR by forfeit.
