Round 2 of the Forbes District Cricket Association Men’s was held on the weekend with results as follows: Condobolin def The Batypi by 7 wickets; The Globe def The Globetrotters by 4 wickets; Trundle def VCR by 48 runs; The Postie def The Tigers by 7 wickets.
Forbes Swampies Wrap Up Season
Last Saturday Forbes Swampies Junior AFL wrapped up season 2021 with some games and celebrations courtesy of Forbes Pizza House. The club wants to thank all players, parents, members and sponsors and can’t wait until next year as they look forward to more people joining the club, more fun and more success in 2022!
Forbes Little A’s
Even though Forbes Little A’s started last week it’s not too late to register. Head to www.lansw.com.au and get your kids registered. Remember, Active Kids vouchers are welcome. Forbes Little A’s will be offering a 2 week ‘come and try’ for NEW kids that have not registered with Little Athletics before. Come down to Botanical Gardens next Thursday at 5pm to put your kids name down to trial Little Athletics before you register. The cost is $10 per family, and refundable once registered.
