Our Gal – Renee Ryan

April 23, 2021 By Maggi Barnard

Renee Ryan

How long have you lived in Forbes? 32 out of my 37 years.

What was your first job you had and what do you do now? I had a few shifts as a kitchen hand for a local restaurant. Nowadays I help people get the very things that they want out of life through coaching them.

What makes you laugh the most? I have the most random ideas that I think are great. Some of which turn out to be complete train wrecks to be honest.

If money was no object to you what would you do with your time? I would always be looking to serve humanity in some way shape or form. Where there are problems, there are solutions needed.

Describe your dream holiday? White sandy beach, crystal clear water, villa on the beach. Absolute bliss!

What’s your favourite childhood memory? Games of backyard cricket and tackle footy with my cousins at my grandparents house on school holidays. Best times of my life without a doubt and we made some great family memories.

If you could live in any time or place where would it and when? The Woodstock Festival held in August in 1969 (in upstate New York) on Max Yasgur’s dairy farm in Bethel, New York, 40 miles southwest of the town of Woodstock. Not the Woodstock near Cowra.

If you could share a meal with 3 people past or present who would it be? Gene Simmons, John Lennon and Dolly Parton.

If you could have one superpower what would it be and why? The power of persuasion. I think it would be great and extremely useful.

What is your pet hate? When people see injustice and do not stand up against it.
