Congratulations Elly Ireland

Congratulations to Elly Ireland who gained her Bronze umpiring certificate last week.
Elly joined the Umpire Development program earlier in the competition and has been coached to improve her umpiring skills.
Elly umpires every week, and the players she umpires have benefited from her improved level of umpiring. Well done Elly.
