Week ending 24th February
A gentle reminder to all the Forbes seniors is that Seniors Week commences on Friday, 16th March. There will be a great array of activities and entertainment happening in Forbes that week. Feel free to come along to the Croquet Club on Tuesday, 20th March and join in the hilarity that occurs each time we play.
Tuesday’s game saw Colin Bradley (a regular visitor to Forbes) win two games. Well done Colin. Clean sweepers on the day were John H. Browne, John Cole, Merv Langfield, Bill Scott and Libby Smart. The data sheet is showing some very competitive contenders for the end of year presentations even at this early stage.
Don’t forget the birthday lunch on Tuesday, 6th March at 12 noon held at the Post Office Hotel.
Clean sweepers from Saturday’s Aussie games were Veva MacCullagh, Elvy Quirk and Lorraine Todd. Excellent results girls!
