GOLF CROQUET 23RD JULY 2019
We were still down in numbers for our Tuesday game of Golf. Some of the games were close. There were four winners of three games, Bruce Field, Kevin Rubie, Barry White and Mal Smith.

In an exciting game, the winner of both our competitions last year Joan Littlejohn, who has had a lean year so far, had two consecutive holes in one. On two of the longest holes the ball went straight through the hoop. Not satisfied with that she did the same coming back in the opposite direction. A terrific and amazing effort Joan!

AUSSIE CROQUET 27TH JULY 2019
It was a good start on a perfect day with 29 participants. We welcomed back Veva MacCullagh who graced our courts after a long absence. It was good to see you back Veva.

Our August birthday lunch will be held at the Bowling Club on 6th August. Birthdays for August are Jeff Liebich, Geoff Coles and Jane Hanbury. The winners of three games were Joan Littlejohn, John MacCullagh, Bob Murray and Jill Rubie. Congratulations to Joan Littlejohn. This is her first win of three games this year. After winning both competitions last year she seems to have her confidence back, keep up the good work Joan.
