How long have you lived in Forbes? I moved here from Drysdale in Victoria in
December 2015 to be closer to my son.

Where do you work? I am Publicity Officer for Neighbourhood Watch and I do volunteer work at the Jemalong Residential Village.

What do you enjoy most about your job? Meeting people and getting to know Forbes.

What do you do in your spare time? I like knitting – whatever is on the go and people tell me they want – beanies, jumpers, gloves.

How do you like your coffee? Skinny, half strength latte.

What makes your day? Getting up, looking outside and seeing the sun shining is a bonus!

What is your favourite food? Spaghetti Bolognaise

If you could go on holiday anywhere in the world, where would you go? I would love to go to Ireland as my mum came from there and I have never been.

How long have you lived in Forbes?
We bought the shop on 30th June 2013, but didn’t make the move until after my son James was born one year later.

Where do you work? Forbes Family Dentists

What do you enjoy most about your job? Getting a great outcome for patients. Particularly when it’s been a difficult case and the patient is really satisfied with the result.

What do you do in your spare time?
Lately, I really enjoy dancing.

How do you like your coffee? Cap – no sugar!

What makes your day? When the staff have a great day too.

What is your favourite food? Tex Mex – anything smokey on a charcoal BBQ.

If you could go on a holiday anywhere in the world, where would you go? I’d love to go on a survival holiday in the Swedish outback, riding a husky drawn sleigh, creating clothing from reindeer skins and sitting around a fire in a log cabin.

Where do you work? I own and manage Acacia Events, working with clients across regional NSW to deliver great events.

What do you enjoy most about your work? I love the tourism and events industry. Being able to make a contribution to local economies and communities is very rewarding and I have the privilege of partnering with some amazing people and businesses.

What do you do in your free time? Eat, drink and relax with family and friends.

How do you like your coffee? I’m mostly a tea drinker but on weekends and when I need the caffeine I love the Ethiopia Nespresso capsules.
