Central West Lachlan Landcare, working alongside Parkes Shire Council, organised a planting in Parkes for National Tree Day.
It was perfect planting conditions at Parkes last Sunday, with over 300 trees and shrubs planted at Parkes Wetland.
This was a fantastic opportunity for our community to come together, plant a tree or shrub, create some memories and meet new people.
