Week ending 28th April
There was such a perfect start to each of our days last week, sunny with a little chilly breeze and then warmth later on. We’re having terrific turnouts each playing day and lots of fun and laughs as we work through the games.
Anzac day saw a good number of members turnout for the march and service with the croquet club laying a wreath in memory of the fallen in all wars.
May is going to be a big month, with lots of birthdays to be celebrated on Tuesday, 1st May at the Bakehouse in Templar Street at 12 midday.
Saturday, 12th May will see a contingent of members walking in the Relay for Life in the hopes of raising funds for the Cancer Council. Come along and support us all.
A huge welcome back to Cherylin Coles, who has returned after a long sojourn in hospitals and at home. It’s good to see you back.
