The Forbes Auto Sports Club 2015 Race Season continues on Sunday 20 September with the McDonald’s and Sportspower sponsored Round 5 Motocross Race Meeting to be held at the Daroobalgie Track. Sign on will begin at 7:30am with racing to begin shortly after. All classes of racing will be catered for from pee wee nippers right through to seniors.
Spectators are welcome and encouraged to come along to support this local competition. Entry is by gold coin donation at the gate and full canteen facilities will be available. The Club’s Presentation Day will be held on 17 October so don’t forget to save the date! Following that, it will be an early Christmas on Saturday 7 November with Long Track racing sponsored by McMurray A1 Auto Electrical. This is a great opportunity to come along and get some practice in before the Bathurst Long Track event on the following weekend.
The Club have not had a meeting for a while and need all hands on deck on Friday afternoon and on Saturday for a working bee and track watering.
