Carmen Stephens is the new head coach of the Forbes Dragon Boat Club. She is supported by sub-coach, Chris Sweeney. Carmen, the drummer for the Lachlan Dragons, has accepted the role with enthusiasm and in less than a fortnight has successfully pulled the team together and trained them to a level fit for competing at next Sunday’s Orange regatta.
