Parkes Golf Saturday Results

A great day was had by all on the fairways, on Saturday, 14th April, for the Matthew Knighton sponsored 4BBB and Individual trophy day.

Joseph Tanswell and Toby Collins who hauled in 50 points. The pairing of Sam Standen and Michael Thomas who cobbled together 45 points the same as the coupling of John Pearce and Tom Delmenico, and also the pairing of Craig and Mel Matthews. There were 5 pairings on 44 so without the tearaway winners it would have been a tight finish.

Toby amassed 44 individual points. Next in was Phil Smith and Tom Delmenico who recorded 41’s with Phil winning the event on countback.

The Nearest The Pins were – on the Idlerite Tyrepower 1 st won by Phil Smith at 150cm, Harvey Norman 11th won Rod Luyt at 170cm, the 18th won by won by Anthony Riach at 200cm. The lucrative 11th hole was won by Tom Delmenico at 192cm this week.

Ball winners were Tom Delmenico 41, Simon Hogan 39, Phill Smith 38, Lyn Davison, Dale Matthews, Jake O’brien 37, Matthew Knighton, Mel Matthews, Leone Stevenson, Sam Standen, Ray Maxwell, Rob Cheney 36.
